Im the Maintenance Director here and I've had a few contracting companies here pertaining to electrical issues. Troy with NCS was able to come in on time as projected, was professional and jumped right in. He was able to troubleshoot,  locate and correct same issue we've had where other companies missed. Troy put his skills on display and was also able to fix a couple other issues he had observed as well. As a Director and able to choose which company we go with, he earned NCS as my first choice.
