Shawn has led NCS since 2017 after 10 years on the team. He focuses on listening, clear options, and delivering the plan.

Controller, CPA (Inactive)

Jayme oversees finance. He joined in 2017 and rebuilt internal processes so the company can grow.

Bill Gay

Sales Manager

Bill helps clients choose what fits now and later. He has been with NCS since 2001.

Director of Business Strategies and Supply Chain

Calvin keeps field projects on time and on budget, and looks after the customer and the crew.

Troy with NCS was able to come in on time as projected, was professional and jumped right in. He was able to troubleshoot,  locate and correct same issue we've had where other companies missed. Troy put his skills on display and was also able to fix a couple other issues he had observed as well. As a Director and able to choose which company we go with, he earned NCS as my first choice.
